Detailed Results Window

The Detailed Results window is used to view additional information, such as the deal number or the customer name, for deals or customer interactions that occurred during the selected date range. The Detailed Results window displays information based on the link used to access the window. For example, click the link in the Total column of the Finance row on the Summary tab of the Sales Summary report to review information for customers who financed a vehicle during the selected date range.

To access the Detailed Results window, click a number that displays as a link on the Report Results panel on various report screens in the XtreamService application.

To export the information on this window, click the (Export Report) icon. The Export Report? window displays. Select a file format, such as .csv,.pdf, or .xlsx, and click the EXPORT button. The results are exported in the selected file format and are saved to the PC or network drive.

The following columns display on the Detailed Results window.

Amount: The total sale amount for the deal displays. In addition, the gross profit amount generated by the deal displays below the total amount.

Current Vehicle: The year, make, and model of the customer's current vehicle display.

Customer: The name of the buyer on the deal displays.

Customer #: The customer number of the buyer on the deal displays.

Note - Customer numbers are assigned in the ERA-IGNITE System or the POWER System.

Deal: The deal number associated with the customer displays. In addition, the date the deal was completed displays below the deal number.

Email Open: Y displays in this column when the customer opened the Email message. Otherwise, N displays in this column.

Interaction Details: The source of the lead displays, such as a sales campaign or a service appointment. If the interaction was a service appointment or walk-in, the date of the interaction also displays.

Match: Icons display to indicate the information from the deal that matches the information originally provided when the lead was sent.

The following icons can display.

  • (Address Match)

  • (Customer Match)

  • (Email Match)

  • (Phone Match)

  • (Vehicle Match)

New, Used, or Certified: The type of vehicle displays, such as N (New), U (Used), or C (Certified).

Pay Type: The type of deal, such as Finance, Cash, or Lease, displays.

Proposed Vehicle: The year, make, and model of the proposed vehicle display.

Salesperson: The salesperson associated with the deal displays.

Sold Match: Y displays in this column when the deal is associated with an XtreamService lead. Otherwise, N displays.

Total Clicks: The number of times the customer clicked links in the Email message displays.

Vehicle: The year, make, and model of the sold vehicle display.
